Cancellation Policy
All deposits are to be sent to my business Venmo or Zelle accounts only. That deposit will then go towards your appointment; only when you arrive to the original appointment scheduled with that deposit.
*All deposits are nonrefundable & nontransferable to any other appointment and are forfeited if you cancel, no-show or rebook.
Each appointment requires a
NEW deposit. *All sales & transactions made inside or out side of the sola are finial.
All the deposits required are small because I do understand things happen and from time to time we need to rebook or even just cancel an appointment.
Regardless of any early notice about any changes needed to an appointment, the deposit you originally put down will be forfeited, please keep in mind it is hard for me to fill spots as each clients hair & needs are different.
**If you are late by 15 min or more you will forfeit your deposit**
